How to suggest pages outside WP install?

    Does anyone know if there’s a way to get YARPP (or any other 3rd party) to suggest pages on THE SAME DOMAIN but OUTSIDE the WordPress installation?

    Example: Within my domain, I have a WP install and a Mediawiki install — and I’d love to be able to automagically suggest further reading on a blog post about “X” by pointing to the Mediawiki page about “X”.
    (NOTE: This is just an example. I have other pages that I’d like to have be automatically added to the Related Links module.)
