• Hi,

the live website that uses Yasr will be switched to a new environment with the same URL structure.

In this case what will happen to the ratings the ‘old’ website got?

Ideally, it will keep the scores, because at the end of the day the URL will be the same, only the CMS will be a new one. Is this the thing that will happen? Or the scores will be reset to 0?

    Thank you,
    David

    Hello,

YASR save ratings with the Post Id, so, if posts and pages on the new website has different post ids, YASR ratings will not match.

If you can use phpMyAdmin, you can change the post_id value in the _yasr_log table with the new value.

    Best,
    Dario
