How to sync categories, products & attributes

Hi,
I need multilingual installations for a small store -200 products with lots of attributes.
Two language Fr & EN.
There is no product qty or sku management.
The store sells digital and physical products.
The store sells only to Canada, CAD$

WPML seems heavy, Translatepress lite but can break the site code and both are not working out of the box with subsequent email.
Multisite seems not that easy to manage.

So I was thinking of having two installations one per language.
I need a way to update products information including product images, attributes including attribute swatch images and categories from store 1 to store 2.
I don’t need to sync digital products.

I would like something automatic (cron job or APi) or semi-automatic (click of a button) so the store owner can do it later.
I don’t mind to do it manually for now.

What do you recommend?
