    Hi,

My website is in 2 languages (translated with WPML) so there are 2 Mailchimp lists associated with it (in 2 different languages).
In the settings of your plugin (MailChimp Settings > Store Settings), I can only choose one list to sync with my store.
How can I sync both lists?

Thank you very much in advance for your answer.

Hi @fotske, thanks for reaching out. I see what you mean. Unfortunately, at this time, the plugin is unable to support multiple lists. Would it be an option to segment users in one list to achieve the desired use-case for your store?

Hi, I have the same problem. How to do the segmentation in one list when using multiple domains? Thank you!

    Any news here?

    Hi @khungate,

Unfortunately, segmenting the users is not an option to achieve the desired use-case for my store because when they sign in I don’t know if they are coming from the french version of the website or of the dutch version of the website. That’s why I have 2 lists: one in french and one in dutch.
So, could you please make your plugin compatible with WPML and add the possibility to sync with different lists in fucntion of the language of the webpage?

Thank you very much in advance.

Are you using the multi-site install to present different locales? If you’re not, there is no way to use multiple lists for one store, but if you were to separate them into subdomains, that would allow you to do what you’re trying to do per locale.

Does that make sense for your use case?

    Hi @ryanhungate,

What do you mean by “Are you using the multi-site install to present different locales”?

My main website is https://www.mywebsite.com and the second language is https://www.mywebsite.com/nl

So I don’t think I have subdomains and I cannot change that.

    Could you please help me?

Thank you very much in advance.

@fotske what I was asking is if you are currently using the wordpress multi-site installation – or is it just using dynamic urls like en or es etc. to load up a language file on a single store?

If you’re using a single store vs. multi-site, Mailchimp only supports 1 list per store – and it will not be possible to separate them that way with the integration.

You might be able to segment your lists based off of other information that is in the list, like say Country, or Zip code, etc.

    Does that help at all?
