How to sync with Excel/Google Sheets?

Hello,
I recently installed the free version of Advanced Custom Fields plugin. I tested it out using the text field and it was working fine. However, there is a lot of data available in MS-Excel and Google Sheets that needs to be updated on the website. I am looking for a sync using the ACF plugin that whenever I make changes on Excel/Google sheet, it will automatically get updated on the website as well. Is there any kind of sync available for this using ACF and if so, how?
