How to take a percentage of each transaction

  • Hi,
    I need solution for this:
    I want to take a percentage of each transaction from any user. Eg. user “test” was registered as a seller. Every product that he sells, woocommerce should take a certain percentage (for exemple 2%) and send to my PayPal (if can this?). So, test, test1, test2 .. are sellers on my site and from every product they sell I take a percentage. Is it possible?
