How to take control of a WordPress account? Client has no PW or email.

Hi, I’m having trouble trying to figure out how to take control of a WordPress site.

I created a WordPress site for a client and handed it over. Then the client had a 3rd party company in China take over to do edits. Now the client reached out to me saying that they can no longer log back into WordPress to edit it. They’re saying that after their people in China made some edits that now they can’t log back in. They said that their 3rd party doesn’t know what happened. The password got changed as well as the email that it’s linked to so that they can change the PW to get back in.

Is there any way around this?
