• I’m worried my welcome emails are being sent to spam. I see this article on that describes the need for SPF and DKIM records but when I check for them at Tools – mail-tester.com it says they can’t be found. I authenticated my domain with MailPoet so was expecting them to work – how do I resolve this?

    Hi @ag87,

    Could you share with us your domain name that you are using for your emails so that we can help you review the DNS records and help you further?

    Same problem here. Followed Dreamhost instructions, added 4 records to DNS using content provided by Mailpoet, checked that they match – but tests show no records. It’s been two days now …. https://www.centuryhouseassociation.com

    As noted in another post, your provider may have already inserted your domain name (since you’re already logged in and you’ve selected that domain to manage). In my case, it was Dreamhost. The domain name was faintly visible in gray; that’s not a guideline, it’s actually there. Leave it out and the update works fine. Propagated quickly, too.

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts and steps to getting your sender domain verified, @trbhicks. I can see that the verification was indeed successful! Happy sending with MailPoet.

    @ag87, are you able to share with us your domain name that you are using for your emails, so that we can help you review the DNS records and help you further?

    Thanks for sharing your domain with us, @ag87.

    The domain does look to be verified with the _dmarc.allgives.com record.

    You may look to update the value of the record to include a rua and ruf value:

    v=DMARC1; p=none; fo=1; rua=mailto:enter your email address; ruf=mailto:enter your email address

    Be sure to enter your email addresses after “mailto:”. These addresses are where the reports are sent.

    The value fo=1 allows to to receive a report if either SPF?or?DKIM fail.

    Please consider updating tyour _dmarc value accordingly, and let us know if you receive any reports for either the failing SPF or DKIM, when implemented.
