how to test this in localhost?

    Thanks for writing in. Localhost operation of the plugin isn’t currently supported with this plugin. We do know this is something some are looking for and take your desire for this seriously.

    Any progress on localhost support? Would really love to test this out without pushing to the production environment.

    Thanks for getting in touch! Our team has since added “Developer Mode” to the plugin, which allows for displaying the widget on a test site not currently accessible from the internet. This guide shows how to use that: https://connect.mailchimp.com/how-to/90
