How to totally remove controls of vedios?

Back to your question, I’m sorry but neither YouTube nor Vimeo allows completely remove their branding from the embedded videos.

If you don’t want any kind of branding and anything else but the video itself, then the best I can suggest is to host the video yourself in MP4 format. Please note that the MP4 videos are only supported in the Pro version of Smart Slider.

For self-host, I need to upload 2 mp4 files and set up desktop play one version and mobile paly smaller version. Does this plugin support it?
When I use sliver revolution, self-host video cannot autoplay in mac os. I am not sure I SS3 will encounter same situation.

Autoplaying videos has a lot of browser limitations:

Browsers don’t really like to autoplay videos, as they are heavy and often unwanted. Because of this, most browsers are only autoplaying videos, if the video is muted. So with self-hosted videos you must make sure, that at your background video the “muted” option is turned on:

But even like this, some browsers still won’t let you autoplay videos, because of user settings or for example older mobile browsers aren’t allowing this in any case. So if you already tried this with Revolution Slider, it is possible, that you are testing with a browser, where you just cannot autoplay videos, and in that case it wouldn’t work with Smart Slider either, as these browser limitations cannot be worked around.

About showing different videos on different devices:
On the Size tab:

the Pro version’s “Hide on” option could be used, to display different sliders. So we don’t have an option specifically for videos, just for the entire slider.

OK. I understand I can remove controls for self-host videos and set 2 videos to 2 different sliders then hide them on different devices in pro version.
