How to track redirects from payment gateway?

    Hi,

    I’ve installed this plugin and it does track first X steps of purchase process up until customer is redirected to the payment gateway to enter credit card details. After payment transaction is complete, customers are redirected back to my site to a thank you page.

    The problem is these visits to thank you page are not being registered in the GA.

    To be more specific these are Checkout steps I have set up in my GA:
    1. Product view <= Being tracked
    2. Add to cart <= Being tracked
    3. View cart <= Being tracked
    4. Start checkout <= Being tracked
    5. Purchase complete <= NOT being tracked

    Could you please help me finalize my setup?

    Hi Alexander,

    Thank you for sharing access!

    We did a quick look of your store as well as your analytics account & found that users might be not redirected back to your store’s “Thank you” page after successful purchase.

    Our plugin only tracks the data if the user has landed on the “thank you” page after successful purchase so we request you to re-verify the auto return for your payment method.

    Hi @tatvic,

    I’ve re-checked that users are being redirected back to “thank you” page. Made a test purchase just this morning and got redirected from payment gateway to the “thank you” page.

    Maybe I need to add a shortcode on a “thank you page” or mark the page or something like that to make it all work together?
