Hi. I would like to find a way to track how many people have clicked through my affiliate links that I have redirected using this plugin. Is it “legal” to redirect to a goo.gl link that then redirects again to the affiliate link so that I can use goo.gl’s click tracker mechanism? I didn’t know if this is something that Google doesn’t like since there’s more than one redirect happening.

    Thanks.

  • The way I am using it is to have a bit.ly link go to my websites redirect page where the 302 sends the visitor to a Kickstarter campaign. I am able to use bit.ly stats to see where people are using the links.

But I would like a way to use Google Analytics or StatCounter to get more imdepth information on the 302 redirects. Particularly because we have several PR people using the link link and it would be good to have more complex stats.
