    Hi,

I am using Google Tag Manager and Analytics to track my Woocommerce activity.
We are a SAAS business that sells 3 plans: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
We use Woocommerce & Stripe for the purchase process of one of the subscriptions.

I enable Ecommerce Enhanced in Google Analytics and Installed the plugin “Google Tag Manager for WordPress” and then enable the options to track my eCommerce activity.

I can see in Google Analytics the activity of my eCommerce in the left menu “Conversion>Ecommerce”.

As we have only 3 products with 3 different prices (it is a saas), I would like to create 3 goals in Google Analytics for the 3 different plans. It will help us to see instantly which plans are preferred by our users.

The problem is I can’t find any valuable trigger in the ‘order-received’ page to identify which product was ordered.

    The url looks like this:
    https://website.com/checkout/order-received/10256/?key=wc_order_Z0LhnsxZmvo2m
There is nothing about the product.

In the HTML code of this order-receive page, there is no id of any element to track the sale of a specific product.

Does anyone already face this problem? How can I fix that?
    Thanks

    Hey there!

Just to let you know, this is not really a WooCommerce issue, but more of a GTM issue. I would recommend contacting the support team of the GTM plugin you are using to see how they are doing tracking like this.

    Hello @formationgrowthhacking

The problem is with Payment gateway, are you using a custom one?

For a test can you enable COD and check if you get the order details on thank you page.

after that you can check the console/source and search for plugin code it might show you what details are being sent to Analytics.

You can also try using a Datalayer to push all the details into GA.
