how to translate header elements

  • Hi there;
    I activated theme and updated translation pack to local language. Everything goes well except the elements of header. On the right corner there are account icon and cart icon. When you hover your mouse over any of those icons there is a description appears in English such as “view your shopping cart” or “your account”. At the same time shopping cart appears with the English title “Cart”. As you see the secreenshot link
    I checked every possible solution however I couldn’t find them to change into local language. Is there anyone can help me?
