How to translate images in responsive mode

I am able to translate my images to French in desktop mode with no issues. However, for the responsive mobile version I have a different set of images for a section that is different from the desktop version. How do I access the translation options in responsive (mobile) mode to relink the translated images? I am using Elementor. Thank you in advance.
