How to translate "read more" on Divi theme

Hello,

I am using the Divi theme and I have been looking for a way to translate the ‘read more’ text that shows on my blog posts thumbnails. I have tried translating the .po file, but it is not there. I have also examined almost all the php files on the theme’s folder and tried searching for “more” or “read more” to no avail.

Can anyone help me?
