How to translate the field ADD Products in the basket

Loco translate may be a solution, but if there is one directly in woocommerce, it’s better. So everything is translated except Add products when the basket is empty. Is there a possibility to directly translate add products so that it is displayed in French,

WooCommerce is translated into various languages by default. You can join in and contribute to the translation efforts from here. ??

In case you come across a string that has not yet been translated, you can manually translate it by referring to the guide shared above.

Everything is ok in the translation except when the cart (basket) is empty and you hover over it, a cartridge appears with the words “add products”. That’s what I can’t find where to translate it.
I want to change “add products” to “ajouter des produits” since the site is in French. THANKS

Thanks for providing further context to your issue here.

I understand that you want to translate the text string, Add Products that is being shown on your Mini Cart when there are no products added to the cart, however, you are unable to do this since you cannot find where it is located, correct?

On my personal site running on the default Storefront theme, this is what I’m seeing on my end:

I do not see the text string Add Products here, hence, this may be added via your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. One way to determine its location is to run a full conflict test.

Yes, when the basket displayed in the menu is empty, on hover, a “cartridge” appears on a black background, with the inscription: “Aucun produit dans le panier”. (in dark grey) “Add products” (in red) is a link. If I click on this link (written in English)(which I want to translate) it returns to the shop page.

My site has pages and articles and I add a shop to it. (https://www.penser-la-photographie.com)

I checked my test sites and I also couldn’t find this stings, I believe it’s part of your theme.

You can start by searching for that sting in the WooCommerce tab, if you can’t find it then perhaps try looking in the theme PO file.

It is not from the theme, it is not from Loco translate everything is ok. So I don’t know how and where I can translate this.

I understand that the text string is not coming from your theme. As I suggested above, one way to find where this text string is located is by switching to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled.

Then, enable your plugins one by one to find out which plugin covers them. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

Once you find the plugin, you can now search from the Loco Translate plugin to translate it.
