Man there is a lot of back and forth on this simple subject.
Is the field in your theme able to be translated?
If you cannot answer this, you may want to ask a programmer to get involved and 1. make it translatable, or, 2. create a child-theme and make it translatable.
If you followed the instructions you were provided, when you searched for the field, you would have, or not have, found it listed.
If you found it, you would add it to the Options for translate list.
If you did not find it, it is because that field in your theme is not available for translation.
To find this out, do the following:
1. Log into WP-Admin as a user who is allowed to translate.
2. Click on the WPGlobus > Translate Options menu
3. Click on the link in the “Click to open Translate options page” paragraph.
4. In the “Find text in the Options table:” field, enter the Field Name you need to translate.
5. Click the Search button.
If nothing shows up, that field in your theme is not set up to be translated, find a programmer and have them create a child-theme and set it up to be translated.
