I updated the activetab theme to version 0.3.7.
It includes .pot file for translation.

Version 0.3.7 in not approved yet so you may download it from dev section.

Question: Does activetab theme works good with Hebrew language?
Hebrew is right-to-left language and site could be visually looks different.
