How to translate WordPress Emails

  • Hello!

    I’m trying to properly translate emails sent by WordPress for users (registration, password reset, etc). In the email reset I get the text like this in english and spanish:

    Someone has requested a password reset for the following account:
    Nombre del sitio:

    I’ve checked at Loco Translate > WordPress > 5.8.x – Development (default)
    And find out these strings there. So I guess it is there we can translate, right?
    But the string “Someone has requested a password reset for the following account:”
    is already translated to “Alguien ha solicitado un restablecimiento de la contrase?a para la siguiente cuenta:”

    So why would the emails arent translated? Or how they could get mix translations?
