How To Trim wp_list_categories() ?

    Hi Guy’s an Girls,

    I’m new to wordpress, I’m having difficulty triming the output of wp_list_categories().
    What I’d like to do is trim/Replace text for instance.

    ‘This Text Is Too Long’
    Should be something like
    ‘This Text …’

    Any Help would be appreciated.
