How to turn of cookiescanner

Hello,

I would like to turn of the cookiescanner. I am using litespeed cache, which i know blocks the scanner from finishing. So to let the scan finish I turn deactivate litespeed cache, but afterwards when finished, I turn it back on. However, then the cookiescan resets again and gets stuck at 20%. I assume that this continually uses resources. That’s why I would like to turn it off if possible.
