How to turn off alt text hover on widget

  • I am having this experience as well, although I tried the widget in a sidebar.

    Display Photo Caption: is set to “No”

    The photo caption is displaying upon hover. Also, when the thumbnail photo is clicked, the caption displays above the large photo and is not legible.

    I’m using the new default theme, Twenty Sixteen.

    Same problem for me!

    To anyone curious, I stopped trying to use Simply Instagram in favor of InstaNOW Lite – Instagram Feed for WordPress. I’m using a sidebar widget to display my Instagram feed.
