How to turn wordpress into a communication platform

  • Hello

    I would like a communication platform integrated within my wordpress website, I want users to be able to post themselves but not have acces to WP-admin.
    I’d also like to be able to markt users in community’s so that users only see the content that they are supposed to see, is this possible with wordpress?
