    Hello,

I have some IPs in these states :
IP subnet blocked – Limit on login attempts is reached
Attempt to log in with non-existing username – IP address is locked out

I’d like to unlock theses IPs but the Lockouts tab is empty.
Shows 0 and “No lockouts at the moment. The sky is clear.”

    What’s going on?
Are these IPs not really locked out?
If they are, how can I unlock?

Any advice, help or tip would be nice.

    Best regards,

Hi! Where do you see those IP addresses? All currently locked out IP addresses are shown on the Lockouts tab.

    Hello,

I can see these IP addresses on the dashboard tab or activity tab.

Right now I have two new locked out IP addresses (and only two) that do show on lockouts tab, but still not the others.

Click the “IP blocked” button on the Activity tab to see the history of all lockouts. I think this makes things clear.

    Hi there,

Thank you for you new answer and helping to sort this out.

If I click the “IP blocked” button on the Activity tab the I have a list of IP addresses with “IP subnet blocked” written in white on red background in the “Event” column + the reason.

But the Lockouts tab is still empty (empty again even) and, as a result, I still can’t find a way to unblock any of the IP address.

    Wait… I think I’m being stupid here.

It’s all because IP is blocked (or locked out) for 60 minutes only, as per the settings. Then it’s automatically unlocked. Isn’t it?
And I can still see “blocked” in Activity tab because it’s a log.

Sorry, I was overthinking something obvious.

Yes, after the specified number of minutes, IP addresses are unlocked automatically. On the Activity tab, you see historical records. It’s that easy.

    How silly of me!

    Thanks for your time.
