We have added special NOTE mentioning “Enable HTTPS” should be used ONLY after you follow the instruction video and successfully install the generated SSL certificate on your cPanel. Looks like this might have happened because you have enabled it before installing the certificate on your cPanel.

    Login to your cPanel:

    1. navigate to phpmyadmin -> your WordPress database -> wp_options table
1a. change site_url and home values to https:// protocol.

    2. Navigate to file manager -> /wp-content/plugins/ directory and temporarily delete wp-letsencrypt-ssl folder

    Hi,

First, I want to say sorry if I failed to watch the instruction video.

But I followed everything you’ve said but still, it won’t allow me to connect to my website

@machii28 Did you also changed the site_url and home to https://senditout.com in your wp_options table. That should definitely fix your issue.

    (@machii28)

Yeah I also reverted it back to it’s original ip address

@machii28 Sorry but this seems to be an issue not related to our plugin as you have already removed the plugin & have reverted back the url change.

You could check .htaccess file if everything looks good and also set WP_DEBUG to true in your wp-config.php file to check what else is causing the issue.
