  • If you move/rename (or in my case just delete) the wp-content/plugins/jetpack folder via ftp, ssh or through the control panel, things should start working again.

There’s a chance you may also need to remove mention of Jetpack from a .htaccess, php.ini or .user.ini file (as it might add an entry labelled “auto_prepend_file” referencing a file in there).

    Hi @koladblog

Did this error start after an update to Jetpack 11.5? If so, there is a known issue with a conflict with WP Super Cache, and a fix should be out sometime today.

Yes I try updating jetpack. But I have deleted it now. I will install it back once the problem is fixed. Thank you

I’m able to login now and edit my site but IONOS is yet to update my website for visitors.

    Hi @koladblog

The issue was fixed in Jetpack v11.5.1. If you install that version, you shouldn’t experience issues with Jetpack.
