How to unistall Tidio?

    I installed Tidio plugin but it did not comply my needs and I wanted to remove it. First I deactivated the plugin and then deleted the plugin. However the chat box bubble and everything still remains on my pages.
    How can I remove it?

    Hi!

    If you installed Tidio only via the plugin – uninstalling it should remove the box from your website.
    The box, however, can still be visible on your website if you did install it via a JavaScript code.
    Could you please provide me with your website URL so I’ll be able to check why it’s there?
