    I’ve no idea how to update my add-on since going to your site even after having logged in tell me that I have to pay $59 for the super widget yet I’m a paid ‘Core + Bundle’ subscriber.

    This is all due to my having had to deactivate the SuperWidget due to problems I was having.

    Normally you update any addons the same way as any plugin, on the Plugins page.

    If you were having problems, those errors were most likely a result of a plugin or theme conflict (usually caused by a caching or security plugin).. Please try a different theme temporarily such as Twenty Seventeen, or, disable all plugins and then check if the problem recurrs — then re-enable each one until you find which one caused the problem.

    It’s best if you logged into your Timely account and then click on Get Help and submit a support ticket so we can look into your account.

    Thanks Sunny. As you can see, my other problems (in another thread) were due to a caching issue. So perhaps, as you’ve mentioned, it’s the same here. Will check tonight.

    But, had wanted to check the version at the download page to make sure it matched what I had on my site for that addon.

    I recall more than once in the past having to manually download and upgrade an addon or two.

    To update a plugin, you need only navigate to your Plugins page, and click on the Update link next to any addon that shows an update is available — just FYI.
