Please somebody can help me? I have this messenger from Woocomerce:

    Dear host,

I’m running a WooCommerce webshop on one of your servers and WooCommerce has recommended using at least PHP 7.0. WordPress, the content management system that WooCommerce uses, has listed PHP 7.4 as the recommended version on n their requirements page: https://www.ads-software.com/about/requirements/

Can you please let me know if my hosting supports PHP 7.0 or higher and how I can upgrade?

    Looking forward to your reply.

  • Dear host,

You’re at the wrong place: www.ads-software.com is not your host. www.ads-software.com merely develops and supports the free (and awesome) WordPress software, but does not host any website.

From a WHOIS search, it seems your website is hosted with CrazyDomains.com. You could also simply check your email for the confirmation email you received when you signed up, or check your credit card statement to see whoever is charging you to host your site.

    Good luck!

How to Upgrade PHP 7.2 from 7.0.33?

Can you please let me know if my hosting supports PHP 7.0 or higher and how I can upgrade?

Your post heading is asking for upgrading from 7.0.33 (to 7.2), so that presupposes you already have 7.0? ??

It seems your host provides the cPanel control panel; so login to your cPanel account and look for “MultiPHP Manager”. That should tell you the PHP version that is currently active for your domain, and if you can upgrade to a higher version.

You definitely want to take a snapshot (backup) of your site before doing the PHP upgrade.

If you can’t see the “MultiPHP Manager” feature in cPanel, if you don’t see any higher PHP version available to upgrade to, or if you have any other problem with this, please contact your host — as there’s nothing we can do here to help you with issues concerning your hosting account.

    Good luck!
