• Dear supporters,
lately I’ve had warnings of a WP_Import deprecated constructor within the theme I use (Supernova – Multi-Purpose Theme from TheGravity). I couldn’t solve the problem yet, so I switched to a WordPress-standardtheme (“Twenty Seventeen”) while searching any solution to fix the problem so I can run the Supernova-theme again. Meanwhile I found out, that my problem seemed to be a common one that the previous versions of this theme had, and that it had been solved in the latest version 6.9.0. That could be my solution, because the version I use is 6.7.0. But it didn’t upgrade automatically to 6.9.0 and I can’t reach any support from TheGravity themselves (I don’t find them listed within the WordPress-developers anymore to contact their support-team directly). Can you tell me how to upgrade this theme manually? That would be wonderful, thank you very much!
(My site is hosted with the WordPress-Version 5.4.1 and PHP-Version 7.0.33 in case this information could be helpful for you.)

Because you’re using a commercial theme please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    Dear Steve,
thank you very much for answering me that fast! And thank you for the link. But I have tried to reach them over this site already, and unfortunately I received the answer, that their email account doesn’t exist anymore. That’s why I hoped you could help me instead…

I don’t know where you’d find an updated version of their theme. DO NOT use a site that distributes “nulled” themes as those are most likely awash in malware. I’d suggest that it’s time to find a new theme for your site.
