how to upload existing files to wordpress??? help!

hi,
i already have several files (php, index, css, wordpress,etc) that I wanted to upload into wordpress. The website is all done (in wordpress) but just need some minor editing. The only thing is, I no longer have the log in ID or password into get into the orig. site on wordpress..which is why I created a new account and wanting to upload the files again.

anyone know how to either….
1) receive log in ID and password (even if I can no longer access that email)
2) upload those files to start over
