How to upload files from Web Site {aka Files on Server)

  • I am trying to upload a couple of CSV files and the directory is this:

    /public_html/wp-content/ANALYSIS.csv

    I’ve already ftp’d the heck out of the CSV. I just want to upload the file to Tablepress.
    Not sure why, but Tablepress wants to pretend this CSV was never born

    My other question is, can I custom filter the auto updater through the addon? E.g if I want update every 10 seconds or 150000000.
