How to upload new icons

Hi there,
I have installed Title Icons, and want to upload new images. I found the wp-content folder by pasting that into my browser, but I can’t figure out how to upload images.
I have never used and ftp, just installed things through the dashboard. Is there a way to do this, or do I need to ftp?
