how to upload old posts

My plugin stopped loading and needed me to authorize the posts from Instagram, as it does… but I got super behind on setting it to upload my most recent posts, and now need posts from May 23. I’m only seeing the option to upload posts retrospectively from July 26. How do I get it to upload older images?
