How to upload video to website

  • I was given a video that I am trying to upload to my site. The video files are in the following format.

    vidplayer.jpg
    ProductionInfo.xml
    index.html
    demovideo.swf
    demovideo.html
    demovideo_nofp_bg.gif

    Can anyone please advise me step by step how I upload these files to my website. Do I need al of these files for the video? Is there a plugin that I need to use?
