    Hi,

Just copy the shortcode from Sexy Contact Form -> Forms into your content, or use the Sexy Contact Form widget. You will see the ready to use contact form (which was created during installation).

To change form parameters/options go to Sexy Contact Form -> Forms -> Your Form.
To edit fields go to Sexy Contact Form -> Fields.
To edit templates go to Sexy Contact Form -> Templates.

    Best Regards,
    Simon

I am bewildered. I installed and activated Sexy Contact Form.
In the Templates list I have selected Red.
Now what? I can’t figure out how to add this to “Forms”, which seems to be where the Shortcode is generated.

    Hello,

You just need to place the shortcode in your content.

For example in your post you can add [sexycontactform id=”ID”], and it will render the form there.

    Best regards,
    Simon
