    Hello,

    To set a category to an uploaded image you have

    to visit Media > Library and click on an image you’d like to edit

    or

    to visit Media Settings > Taxonomies and set “Edit in Media Popup” option for the taxonomy or taxonomies you’d like to edit in any media popup. Then you will be able to see them in media popup when clicking “Add Media” on the top of the post editor.
