How to Use a Child Theme

  • Can I install a child theme NOW after I’ve already started making changes to the parent theme and expect to have those changes saved later when I install a future version of Picolight? Or did I need to have the child theme installed from the get-go? I think not, but please, someone, share your wisdom.

    No. All the changes you made the parent theme will be lost.

    Or did I need to have the child theme installed from the get-go?
