how to use buddypress like in comments and activity

i have been trying use buddypress-like in my comments and activity section. It does appear but the feature is working(if i click like no action happens). Also iam trying to rate my users based on their comments and activity(say if their comments have a lot of 100likes then they would be given badges.). How can i get users like information.
