How to use CDN on ssl site?

Hello,
I’m trying to set my Sonic CDN service (from Namecheap) in the Wp fastest cache plugin but as soon as I enter https CDN and origin URLs, it gives me a link to “https://www.wpfastestcache.com/warnings/how-to-use-cdn-on-ssl-sites/” but does not proceed or do anything after that?
The page “https://www.wpfastestcache.com/warnings/how-to-use-cdn-on-ssl-sites/” also does not offer any additional info..
What am I missing?
