How to use contacts from custom field in custom post type as recipients?

  • I would like to send newsletter type mails to my members. The members are registered in a custom post type with a custom field (ACF, E-Mail field type, name: ‘member-email’). I could add a field ‘member-newslett’ that has ‘yes’ or ‘no’ and that I could query if they receive the newsletter or not.

    How can I create a list for newsletters that automatically grabs the email adresses and checks whether they should receive the newsletter or not.

    I am not, of course, asking for a complete code solution, but for directions to Mailpoet’s API and help functions and hooks and the like.
