How to use cron url

I have trying to set up a cron job but unable to do so
the tut given on

latest plugin.
There is no mail configuration option at the back end , instead there is option cron mail,
So i used this cron mail url i.e
https://aff1.org/?es=cron&guid=ilrjwn-gbtrhc-boipwj-kfoepv-hdplog
by using the following command/bin/wget -O /dev/null “https://aff1.org/?es=cron&guid=ilrjwn-gbtrhc-boipwj-kfoepv-hdplog”
I have set this in my hosting server for every one hour.
But i keep getting mails from my hosting company like this after every one hour
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/jailshell: /bin/wget: No such file or directorySo when it didn’t work, i tried other https://www.easycron.com/
There i set the cron job to execute every 2 hours.
Once it sent mails to all the users
But now it doesn’t sent any mails and i keep getting this mail
Hi Admin,
Cron URL has been triggered successfully on 2015-09-12 6:04:57 for the mail OUR URGENT MISSION IS TO SAVE AMERICA NOW WHILE WE STILL HAVE TIME !. And it sent mail to 0 recipient.
