How to use custom 404 page?

    can anyone help me out with this?

    i would like to redirect my 404 traffic and have set my .htaccess to do so but nothing happens in the event of a 404..?

    Are you sure .htaccess is enabled and has permissions to set ErrorDocument? Stupid question but are you sure your custom 404 file exists?
