How to use different forms on one page?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us. This plugin supports one list and corresponding form at a time, but there are some solutions to getting multiple forms on the same page.

    First, you can try the Embed form in conjunction with the plugin, using each for a different list. We have some information on that in our knowledge base here:

    A second option would be to try potentially using a third party plugin, perhaps in conjunction with our official plugin, to use a separate list per plugin.
