I have been planning to create a static HTML website of 20 pages where there is a need of CMS for 3-6 pages. How can I use WordPress for these three 3-6 pages?

  • For that few pages, just install .org on a good host and recreate the pages there. Less than a day’s work for good PC skilled folks.

So by recreate the pages, you mean convert those HTML pages into WordPress theme. Am I correct?

Please review the Codex on how to install WordPress and what services can be used to import content. Basic (older) HTML sites can be problematic, so just include those pages in your new Pages as plain text, add the images, etc…it will be less painful than trying other import methods for a small site.

    Thanks so much.
