How to use for Home page?

I want to use this plugin for the homepage. I’ve created three sections. Now I assume I need to add these three sections an my loop.php file… Am I right? If yes, can you please give some detailed explanation for non-coder guys? Maybe on example of 2011 or 2012 theme. I understand some php but really very little to edit the loop file correctly.
