    how can i use an ip address instead of localhost so that i can remotely access wordpress?

  • You may want to give some more info.
    All the WP installs on the web are accessed “remotely” by visitors.
    If you mean the database server in the wp-config file – that is needed only if the DB is somewhere else than the install itself. Note: most hosts do not allow remote access to their database.

    So, try to describe what exactly do you need and somebody will help you.

    I went through some functions and got the solution to my query. thanks for your prompt reply.

    on the other hand, i have another concern. how can i upload a logo so i can use it? What file am i going to edit so that the logo (image) i uploaded will be beside my header text?
