How to use levels access in php file?

Hi! If you use the editor, you are using only the short to limit access, for example [membership level = “1,2,3,4,5,6”]…[/membership]. I need the same thing , but from a file PHP. Also, I need to adjust my page at (wp-content/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/pages/levels.php) from the PHP code. I tried to use <?php echo(‘[ membership level = “1,2,3,4,5,6”]’);?>…<?php echo(‘[/membership ]’);?> But this is just show it to me in my page as text.
