How to use “List of post or page IDs to exclude from the results”?

    I want to exclude my “Contact” page from displaying related posts. But entering “Contact” for “List of post or page IDs to exclude from the results” doesn’t work. What does work?

    You need to enter the page ID which is a number. You can find this when going to the Edit screen for the page. It is the number sitting in your address bar

    Thanks, that worked. I will note however that I was wrong about the setting to use to exclude a page from displaying related posts. It’s “Exclude display of related posts on these posts / pages”, not “List of post or page IDs to exclude from the results”.

    For the “Exclude display” you can also edit the post/page you want and select the option in the Meta box
